Seasoned Dried Tomatoes?

Got a ton of tomatoes from my boyfriends garden, I remember buying some dried tomatoes at a farmers market and they were seasoned. I don't remember what it was. Was delish tho. Anyone ever make dried tomatoes and use some seasonings?If so what was it?I have a dehydrator so i want to get started before they all go bad. thanks ....Wendy

I dry Roma tomatoes in the oven with great success. Just google the recipe. They are full of flavor. I use them in sauce, baked dishes and soup.

yep ! the tomato bounty seems like an amazing luxury .. great that U're making the most of it . Gosh I ADORE dried tomatoes in recipes in the winter .
