Had surgery yesterday! Not feeling to shabby either. So glad I picked my surgeon (dr Fernando Garcia) I was terrified but his staff has been so nice and he himself has been wonderful!
Doing leak test this morning and hoping that goes good!
Yay!!! I'm so excited for my new life!!

Glad everything went well and you are feeling good. I have mine in a week. how was it right after you woke up in recovery? Did they have you up walking right away?

For me I went into surgery 1115am, they let my mOm see me in recovery and by 115 I was un my room. I was walking about 2 hours later with no issues. I've been walking every 2 hrs for 30 minutes each time. Only discomfort is the gas which is just mild and the drain site but again nothing that really hurts
