A show of hands. Pictures Yes? No?

I love picture posts!  So my vote is YES.... I wish EVERYONE posted photo's ESPECIALLY with nsv posts....

Post them, you are lovely as is your girlfriend, seeing is believing.  And giving Marty's responding success with posting pictures keeping the pounds away I think it works.  Keep em coming.

Big fat YES. I love to see your photos. I agree that they are definately inspirational. I can't wait until I can post a before and after conparison as lovely and dramatic as yours. If folks dont like it they don't have to look.

Pictures are great.  Get yourself a basic Wordpress blog.  Super simple to set up, and super simple to upload photos.  I have one, and it's not difficult at all.

Keep those pictures coming on! They are inspiring as are you! Thank you for thinking of others who maybe either on their journey or who have gone and are struggling.  A visual truly seems (to me) to help a mind picture where they can be if they try.  Thank for listening.

Seriously I always like what you two are wearing, and the look of your photos! Plus you both are dangerously cute.

 Visuals for me are a huge motivational factor, especially for weight loss.  I have finally started posting some before photos of myself, something I dreaded and did not want to do.  But after reading a few of the stories online here I realized it is the starting point of our journey.  I think it's important for ourselves and those who are still "researching" if this method is right for them.  I am glad I have done it, know the hard part is still not over and need all the motivation to keep me on the path to healthiness.  

Even better, I used to take pictures all the time and was a self proclaimed photographer.  Perhaps it would be a good way to get some of us back to the hobbies we did before we started to restrict ourselves.
