Thanks so much for this post. It is great inspiration to see how well you have done, and are still doing after 5 years!

I am 17 months out and have been doing weel, but recently have been finding it more of a struggle. I have gained 5 pounds, which I know doesn't seem like much, but it brings up so much fear in me. I have really slacked off my exercise and have been eating way more food than normal. I did measure some of my food today because I felt like my quantities may be getting higher but it seemed ok. Have also been doing SOME tracking again, but not daily. This is a great tool to get back to, and I think the journaling will also be great.

 You have an awesome tracker Marina ... and have done so well CONGRATS! ...You may be experiencing normal bounce back but I don't blame you for getting back to journaling and measuring and keeping track of those five pounds ... five is easier to watch and control than 10 -15- 20 or more .... I believe in nipping it is the bud before it gets out of hand...
