J.J. Go back to basics...protein, water and exercise...cut carbs. It still may not break your plateau but it can't hurt. Happy thoughts, Va 5' 3.5" 232/149/??? -83 pounds

At "Curves" I was taught to actually increase my caloric intake for two days, three at the most, then go back to basics: protein, lots of water, low carbs and exercise. Even though I've never been on a real plateau (no weight loss or inches lost for four weeks) this works for me every time it seems things have come to a hault. Ruth
