Great news about your sister!

Yesterday when you posted the other recipe I thought to myself that peanut butter might be a nice in that too and here today you post peanut butter, it almost looks like peanut butter fudge!! Oh lawd!!! Ha!

No please tell me that's not what you look like right after a run!! You look stunning as always!!

I just wanted to say you are such an inspiration.. I just started walking 1 mile a day I can't imaging doing the 5.5 yet lol. thanks for sharing your chocolate and pb square recipes will be trying those for sure.

Ok I tried to make this just a few minutes ago, yours looks like PB fudge consistency mine was flat the flavor was ok...not sure what I did wrong, I put it in about the same size bowl as you show in your pic. I must not have the magic touch!!

 Mine does not have a fudge consistency at all ... yikes I hate fudge or soft stuff like that ... my has the consistency of a cake and is crumby ... to make it more fudgy you would have to add more milk or water ... I don't I love it dry .... Like everything else sometimes you have to try this a couple times till you get it how you want it... all it is really is the recipe for the protein cake shake that has been shared on here often tweaked by adding an egg and baking powder and placing it in a square pan instead of a cup .... I would, if I were you, add another egg OR more milk and try again .... if your microwave cooks on high really fast set it for 3 minutes and add increments of 15-30 seconds until done....

I made blueberry ones this morning and brought into work for my co-workers ... there is none left ...go figure LOL

I think I didn't add enough water and I think the microwave might have been part of the problem, next time I'll try a little more water and less time in the microwave...thanks!! It did however have a good taste.

Play with it ... and you can add variety to it... this morning I made Blueberry/PB protein ones ... these came out moister and I bought them to work... I made two batches.... oh and the splenda is packets not teaspoons I use the Splenda or other sweetners depending on what I have in the house.. this are more moist but still not fudgy like ... you can tweak it to make it that way though...

Good Morning, you always make me smile! Thank you.

I am one that never does protein powder either, we keep some in the house, thank gosh hubby uses it LOL. The brownies look tempting, but foods for the last 2 weeks have not been friendly to me. Will tuck the recipe in back for later date.

LOL you always are able to sport the different looks, the earrings are an added bonus!

Crazy can be good!
