 I love your pics Mallisa ... YOU LOOK AWESOME!!!! .... I learned not to be afraid of the scale ... I wake up each morning and face the music ... every morning no matter the read I weigh myself ...... I know my body enough by now to know when I am retaining fluid and causing a fluctuation of a couple pounds or when I am fretting and not eating appropriately and dropping below maintenance which tends to be my problem .... 

You look fabulous ... it is certainly a day at a time... choice at a time thing ... the best thing about it is we are not where we used to be that is for sure...

I think I knew what an NSV was way back when I joined bc they posted a list of the acronyms. Now I google acronyms to find the meaning, new one to me? YOLO. My 17 yr old son and his friends say it, so apparently Patchy and my nepgew said YOLO and my son put his FB status about thinking its so funny hearing 6 and 7 yr old saying YOL, so im like WTF is YOLO to myself, google. You only love once. Thats YOLO. WTF was easy, I never head to google that one lol.
