Whats for Breakfast? Today, Tomorrow, and So On

My first breakfast is a protein shake...second one about an hour later depends on my mood.

We've had
1) egg & cheese burritos
2) eggs/bacon/ and one piece of toast
3) my new favorite is cream cheese/eggs pancakes
4) a hot cereal made with milk or cream

Cream Cheese Pancakes

2 Eggs
2 oz Cream Cheese
1 packet of Truvia
About a 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon.
Mix it together and fried up the 'pancakes' in bacon grease and then topped with SF Vanilla Syrup.

Okay, I edited it some...(and feeding two of us twice)
8 egg beaters (allergic to eggs)
8 oz cream cheese
1tsp vanilla
Cinnamon
1 tbsp Reg sugar
Vanilla
Lemon juice
And because mine needed more "something", I added about 1/3 cup of Bisquick (for all 10 pancakes).

Still the carb count is very low and had I had unflavored or vanilla flavored protein on hand, I would have used that instead of the Bisquick.

I've been on an omlette kick lately---two eggs, about 2 ounces of crumbled sausage, three slices of American cheese, and onions, green peppers, and tomatoes to taste. Yummy!

Other days I crave bacon.

1 fried egg with a piece of cheese melted on top.  Somedays I cant even eat the whole thing.
