I don't eat breakfast, but Quaker makes weight control oatmeal which has a good amount of protein and is filling.  I like the cinnamon flavor, usually you can buy the store brand and it is about the same and costs less.

Depends on what you consider breakfast.  I typically have had 2 meals previous to what I call my breakfast.  Depending on my training schedule breakfast is either scambled eggs with cheese or Oatmeal with Craisins or Toast and bacon.

The first meal I eat is either a protein shake loaded with banana and strawberries or a Whole Weat Waffle with PB and Banana.

I distinguish because I do early morning gym so I am typically eating my first meal what I call preworkout at about 415-430 am, and my second meal is a protein bar post workout at about 730-8 am.

I'm boring. Breakfast every day is:

1 cup skim or Almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup frozen fruit (usually berries and I put them in there frozen)
Sometimes a pack of sweetner depending on which fruit

Not  alot of fiber. Guess you could throw some benefiber in there.

When I'm being good I  have 2 one scoop mini shakes of banana cream isopure , which I  mix with a little  water in my bullet  ( individually, one at a time) , pour  into a BIG mug, - then i pour some starbux boxed chai tea on top and  hot  strong tea on top of that , or alternatively , strong , fresh organic coffee /espresso mix.

BOTH drinks are awesome energizers and appetite suppressants for like half the day ( and the calorie cost is - gasp- only 180 calories !  PURE whey protein too .  After this I really don't NEED any breakfast per se -  but sometimes I like to eat a litle bit of egg white omelet w fat free cheese , or some fresh  berries ...

if I DONT have access to the protein shake, the blender , the expensive  Italian coffee machine ora STOVE to make the tea  ..(like when im traveling)    well I'll usually make a high protein choice - 6 egg whites from the Hamptons and  one egg yolk-  a litle fruit salad and a zero fat  zero sugar  yogurt ...

I don't beat myself up if what i crave is a bagel and PBJ either -  its BREAKFAST , the Best time to SIN cuz ya BURN it off  by the end of the day .   This is when I taste cupcakes etc too if I just HAD to save em from the party the night before ...

I also LOVE dinner food for breakfast  .. and usually if  my family wants to go out after 6 I find I just can't eat hardly anything .  But I DO scarf it down happily the next morning !

I'm a huge believer in not eating a lot after 3 pm - I like to eat a really  big breakfast and then a really substantial multi-course mid-afternoon lunch -  and then , basically , popcorn and a glass  of red wine  after sundown .   works 4 me anyway ...

of course I often wake up at 5 am STARVING  like Marvin ... which is fine cuz I want to go to work then  anyway ...

Fruit has lots of fiber. Have fruit and yogurt if you can handle fruit in the morning.
I tried eating nf plain Greek yogurt with frozen sf berries in the morning, but it had too many carbs and I was getting hungry afterwards. Now I have plain nf Greek yogurt with flavoring and no berries. Fiber comes later in the day. Unless you've got a special need, you don't have to have fiber at every meal.
Some people like eggs with peppers or other veges in a scramble or omelette.

I am a creature of habit.  I eat the same thing every morning.  I eat 2 slices of whole wheat light toast topped with sugar free jam and 1 scrambled egg on the side.  It holds me til lunch.  So, I just eat it every day.  Lots of things I have eaten in the past don't last me til lunch and my blood sugar crashes, but it stays stable with this every morning.
