Does liquid protein drink have to be refrigerated
That depends. If it's a ready to drink bottle and has not been opened, then it probably don't need to be refrigerated. For instance, Isopure bottles, Cytosport, Oh Yeah, Atkins, etc, don't have to be refrigerated before you open them.
Once you open one, or if you mix your own with protein powder and water or milk, those need to be kept refrigerated. They should keep a few days in the fridge.

It was my experience that they tasted better when cold. Real cold, like on ice cold. Everyone is different so texture and temperature will be tolerated by personal preference.
