Sugar Free Kool-aid...No More

I wrote Kool-aid after not being able to find it in any of the stores here in Houston, TX.  After not hearing from anyone, I gave them a call.  Seems they have discontinued it!!    Much to my surprise, they said due to the fact sales have fallen?  Is this because of the new drink "drops" that seem to have shot up everywhere, or the Crystal Light options?

I was blown away, I just can't believe Kool-aid is no longer making sugar-free products!!!  What about the kids....not having any kids of my own, what fun tasty drinks do parents give their kids these days, that doesn't have a ton of sugar in it?  Just thought I'd put this out there....

Goodbye Grape Kool-Aid , it's been a good 3 1/2 yrs with ya....Now to find another sugar free option, Wyler's & Hawaiian Punch both are "fine" - who knows how long before they're removed too....better search out all my options, besides water!!!

That's really surprising. You'd think now because of the low/non sugar options they'd want to try to stay competitive and boost sales. Boo! Crystal Light does have a grape energy On the Go option that's pretty yummy though.

The drops, I think it's called Mio, has a grape flavor. It's grape/berry or something but tastes pretty damn close to kool aid.
I feel the loss, I liked SF Kool Aid too :(
I used to loooove a flavor called Sharkleberry Fin (RIP in the 90's). Imagine my surprise when a "no-name brand" SF singles pack  had a flavor almost exact!
You might be surprised what you find. Hawaiian Punch has SF singles mixes too.

I've seen it in some stores in the individual packets.  They are also carrying it on Amazon, both in the size to make 2 quarts and the individual packets.  You may want to load up while they still have it.  Kind of spendy to me but if you really like it it may be worth it.

ETA I just found this on Ebay.  They also say it is discontinued but they have limited stock on hand and it is very cheap, around $9 with shipping for 6 canisters.  You may want to buy them out.  I've done that with favorites that have been discontinued.

Oooh, Noooo! Cherry Kool-ade is my favorite drink. I can't believe it is no more!
Wyler's makes a sf cherry drink; it's all right but not quite as good as the Kool-ade.
Darn it.

I drink the generic brand of SF grape drink powder mix from Walmart...tastes just like the Kool-Aid brand to me!!!!!  (and it's cheaper)

Get the regular stuff and add splenda.  Problem solved!

Now, if you can help me locate the green flavor - its getting harder to find these days.

This was not a good thing to me either.  We used to get it all the time.  It was easier on my sugar intake AND easier on my wallet.

I cannot stand the taste of "fruit punch" so, Hawaiian punch is out for me.

Sugar-free Koolaid tasted lots better to me than anything Crystal Light has.
