No appetite can't stop losing
On Feb 20 I had a very successful hip replacement. On March 13th. I had a stroke. For a while food got stuck a lot. I am now fully recovered, but I have no appetite. I do not want to lose any more weight. I feel weak. Any suggestions?

As for having no appetite..I wonder if you can find a protein/meal shake that you can tolerate just to get in the calories so you don't lose weight and so you can get in the protein for energy, and also Ensure or one of those meal replacements so you are getting enough vitamins and minerals until your regular appetite returns? Good Luck with everything.

If you can tolerate yogurt - chose one that is full fat, add some proteins and some fruits.
Good luck.
