Sorry I've been MIA..............BUDGET SEASON.  Finally finished my division's budget and had our 1st pass meeting....so I can come up for air!

I saw my surgeon yesterday for my 3 year follow up.  He said I'm "just perfect".  I am now waiting on my labs so I can see if they are all good.

Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Lean Cuisine or soup (not sure what I'll want)
S-banana
S-Chobani
D-salmon and broccoli

Dessert-NSA Klondike bar

Exercise:  I'll do some shoulder/back work and abs, then I'll walk the neighborhood with DH.

I'm off to the beach this weekend!!  Can't wait-I LOVE running at the beach.  Have a great day.

Hey Kim,

Welcome back!  Good for you on your doctors visit!!!

I think we are having low fat chicken taco's for dinner, thats what my bf wants, he is mad because I eat salad every day and he can't eat the same things every day like I do.  I am perfectly happy to eat exactly the same foods day after day, I have always been that way, him, not so much.  I eat plain greek yogurt with strawberries and walnuts everyday too.  And fat free popcorn for a snack.  Currently I am in love with the fudge bars from Dairy Queen at only 50 calories and 4 grams of protein.  My bf is trying to break that 30lbs barrier, he keeps getting within a few ounces and then bam the scale goes up a lb the next day, I don't know how he tortures himself with the scale that way, I just can't do that.  I only step on it when I know I am at my lowest weight.  Right now I know I have lost a little because my jeans are comfortable but not where I want to be at 135-138.

How awesome seeing you posting.... YOU WERE MISSED!!!!

Breakfast: 
Feta/tomato omelet

Lunch:
Bread-less tuna melt stuffed in avocado half 

Dinner:
Baked Salmon with Spinach/cheese casserole

Dessert: Ambrosia apple.

Exercise: Ran 5.5 miles this morning ... Zumba Toning with 5 lb weights this pm

I love love love running along the beach ... right down the street ... it is AWESOME ... if I run north I run into the beach ... if I run south I run into the trail and the woods and the pond and the lake ... and get eaten up by mosquitoes if I forget my OFF when it gets warmer LOL... but I love it!
