I've used it more to break the carb cycle.  Once I get the carb craving out of my system, I can move forward and make better choices.

I never tried it, I won't go back to drinking protein ever.  I am eating a, low carb, low fat diet and weight comes off.  Its the protein bars and bad white carbs that are evil and if avoided makes dieting pretty easy.  Of course the avoiding part isn't always easy.  I did have a cupcake at a party yesterday but thats okay too.

Nope, just do really lo carb for a couple days to get them out of my system, and lots of water.

I started it today and it sucks!  I have 4.8 lbs to go to goal and I have found myself slipping - eating way too many carbs.  I have not gained any weight but I want to get control before I do.  I wanted to restart and get the bad carbs out of my system.  I still drink protein, so they shakes are not a problem. Hopefully this will get my head back straight and get me back on track.

I did have a NSV today.  I had my first pedicure of the season - I could not believe how comfortable the chair was and how much room I had!  I almost squealed with delight!

I've used it to break the carb cycle and to reset my hunger and it's worked for both plus made me drop a couple of pounds.  it's not too bad couple of days of shakes, couple of days of mushies then real food again.  I like that it's in the arsenal.

Nope...in my opinion it's just another fad diet.

I lose my regain (and I've had a few in 10 years postop) by getting back to basics of the healthy diet I KNOW I should follow every day: higher protein, moderate healthy (non-white, whole grain) carbs, moderate fat. When I am at my ideal weight I allow myself some indulgences (mostly alcohol and shared desserts) but when I am losing I cut back on those.

It's worked for 10 years...why change now?
