Bariatric Advantage trouble too??

I sent an order to BA back on the 12th of April and have heard nothing from them yet. I know there is trouble with BE but hopefully not BA too. Anyone else having trouble? I went to the website and tried to send them an email but their email isn't working - guess I will try calling.

 I had trouble too, never received shipping info, they are really great on the phone and several times, the order got misplaced and they would reorder and overnight it. Great customer service, Not like BE, am still waiting for Believe RTD I ordered on Jan 27.

That's why I don't order from BA anymore.  Last time after a month had gone by, I called to find out where my order was.  They said something about since I ordered online, the order got lost and never got shipped.  They did ship it after I called, and did not charge for shipping, but I just don't order from them anymore.  I want to get my stuff in a timely manner.

Ouch - I sure didn't want to hear that - I'm almost out of some of my vitamins - where do you order that you don't have any trouble getting supplies? (if you don't mind my asking)

 I called them but was on hold for 35 min so I left my phone number and email hoping they will call back. I also supplied them with my order number just in case they couldn't find it.

Guess at this point it's a waiting game. But I can't wait too much longer. I don't seem to find the vitamins I need at the local pharmacies either.

Celebrate.  celebratevitamins.com.  I have never once had a problem with them.  In fact, I ordered calcium from them about a week ago and it arrived a couple days ago.  They also have great customer service.

I only ordered from them once. Never got my order. Since they never charged me either I just ordered somewhere else but it was annoying.

I usually get my stuff from netrition.com and the BTV store. Neither place has ever let me down.

I get my BA vitamins from www.directdiet.com.  They usually ship the day I order them and are here within 4 days.  Shipping is $4.95 no matter how much you order.
