Bariatric vitamins which brand the best?

Seriously, the best ones are the ones that meet the ASMBS recommendations AND that you will take. It doesn't matter if this brand of calcium citrate or multi or whatever is excellent if you hate it - find one with the same stats and take that one.

So do the  Bariatric Advantage and Celebrate meet the requirements for (Calcium Citrate)???

im looking at the back of my bottle of BA multi vitamins and it has 200mg of calcium citrate which is 20% of daily value according to the label.  I take calcium chews.  and it has 1000 iu of vit d which is 250% of dv.  I have tried others on the market and had okay results but the ones specific to wls peoples seem to make me feel the best.  I have noticed a difference.  and i may be crazy but i have also noticed that when i take my meds (vitamins and calcium etc) i notice that i am not as head hungry and i dont get super bad cravings for food.  i dont know why or if it even has anything to do with it.  but when i am on top of my meds and my water, i do better all day long.  I dont mind paying a little more for that.  When i first started, flintstones complete was reccommended to me.  i would have to look at the bottle for you.  not sure how it compares.  I am big fan of BA.  mostly because their rep took time to come talk to us and offered us an obscene amount of free samples.  I like the try before you buy.  Saved TONS of money.  and when i get a candy crave,  caramel chews (calcium from BA)  cure that right now.  lol.  love that.  now if they can just make it in tootsie roll flavor.....grin.  teasing! 

I would also recommend going for Calcium citrate. But just make sure you buy best vitamin brands only and be sure of manufacturer as you can take these things lightly.
