I am sincerely sorry you are experiencing regain. For ME, I had to start with a "brain revision", as my physical tool was still working just fine, but everyone has to search their own path...

What have you done/tried to address your regain, and to keep it from "going back to where you were 5 years ago"? Please catch it before it's too late.
