Surgery Tomorrow!

I came home yesterday! On my birthday!! What a gift! My surgeon was able to do the revision laporascopically, thank God! I was completed amazed how easy this experience has been for me so far. I'm powerful sore and weak, of course, but I have only had to take a pain pill once yesterday and just took tylenol today. My arthritis has given me MUCH more trouble than my surgery! I'm sipping on water and protein drinks constantly and have eaten one of the Celebrate vitamins. Having some hunger though. Was so hoping I would be one of those that would lose my appetite, but so far I haven't. Visited my parents for awhile today who fixed a big lunch of chicken & dumplings, corn, mashed potatoes, green beans, and peach cobbler for lunch. I was quite happy though with my 1/4 cup of strained, 98% fat free cheese/broccoli soup. Hope I can continue to be strong and give my body what it needs and overcome my food addiction. All of you above who had surgery this week...I hope and pray everything is going good with you! Please let me know your status as soon as you feel up to it. I'm praying that you feel great and have no complications!
