Syntrax Nectar

Ok, dumb question.  I've got my Syntrax Nectar in prep for my return from surgery.  I opened one this morning out of curiosity and there's no scoop.  I've shaken it and still don't find one.  Does it not come with one or do I need to fish for it?

Mine always used to have one.  I would just use a coffee scoop.  Should be about the same size.

I would call them and tell them you don't have one (I mean what the heck its not like their product was free)......In the meantime...  ask them what size it is so that you can accurately measure or does it state the size on the can?

It's in there!!!  You need to fish for it.  It's a purple scoop.  Then, when you finish that tub, save the scoop.  That way you can use it for the next tub until you find that scoop.  It's great stuff!  I still drink 2 glasses a day (almost three years out).  My favorite flavor is chocolate truffle, but I also like Fuzzy Navel, Roadside Lemonade and Fruit Punch.

Thanks!  I got the Chocolate Truffle & Vanilla Bean Torte.  I'll go fishin' for it!

Happy fishing!  And, I used to over-complicate the process of making it.

My suggestions:
1)  Do not make this in your glassware.  Even the best of dishwashers cannot remove the protein from within the glass pores.  Let me explain. I have used the same glasses for 2 years now.  The dishwasher always removes the visible protein.  However, my glasses now have a semi-opaque ring at the top where the protein bound to the glass.
2)  All you need is a cup and a spoon.  Fill the cup with the correct amount of water, have a spoon ready, add the scoop of protein, and immediately stir really fast.  It will blend completely.  You will not need a blender, shaker bottle or anything else.  Shaker bottles are nice during the beginning phases after surgery because it takes so long to drink the protein.  You can pop the lid shut, and shake it back up.  Here is my favorite shaker and it is dishwasher safe.

3)  I purchase my protein  http://www.vitacost.com/productResults.aspx?x=0&y=0&ntk=prod ucts&ss=1&Ntt=syntrax%20nectarrotein and many of my vitamins from
www.vitacost.com.  Shipping is fast and often free.

I wish you the best.

Great suggestions Chris.  I also really like the Blender bottle.  I bought one and then later bought a second.

Just wanted to thank you for the links.  I have always liked Nectar (Carribean Cooler) but have been somewhat afraid to try others.  I bought Cappuccino and Chocolate Truffle from Vitacost.  I was amazed at how much cheaper it is there.

THANKS!
