Come one --- COME ALL!!! Pretty please share!! Your ideas today may be mine or someone else tomorrow's meal ... it is all good .. while trying to Eat Good in the Neighborhood (this was a thread that used to be posted by Charlie when I first came on OH it really helped me a lot)... and from Kathy ... are we moving to lose/maintain today?

I for one am holding my feet to the fire (thanks MSW) no mercy ... no excuses ... Care to share your meal plan today? ... do you have any exercise plans/physical activity planned for today? (exercise does not only involve gym ...tons of awesome exercise and fun physical activities can be done outside the gym ... I personally love outdoors and nature best ... walking up and down the stairs... walking briskly in the mall or outdoors... parking the car as far as possible in the lot and getting to the revolving doors at the stores and pretending you forgot your pocketbook or something in the car and walking all the way back to the car and back to the store again ... AWESOME exercise .... how about sitting on the couch and standing and sitting and standing and sitting and standing AWESOME squats .. walk in place... run in place ... and before you know it we are moving to lose/maintain/improve our moods/be healthy etc. etc. etc...

There are TONS OF BENEFITS FROM EXERCISING...  These are 7 benefits of regular exercise listed by the Mayo Clinic Staff... Full article right here:

"Want to feel better, have more energy and perhaps even live longer? Look no further than exercise. The health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore. And the benefits of exercise are yours for the taking, regardless of your age, sex or physical ability. Need more convincing to exercise?

Check out these seven ways exercise can improve your life.

No. 1: Exercise controls weight
No. 2: Exercise combats health conditions and diseases
No. 3: Exercise improves mood

No. 6: Exercise puts the spark back into your sex life
No. 7: Exercise can be fun

The bottom line on exercise
Exercise and physical activity are a great way to feel better, gain health benefits and have fun. As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more. Remember to check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any health concerns."

Ugh!  I am not eating good in the neighborhood.  I am recovering from a stomach virus.  I am not feeling well.  Just sipping fluids to combat the dehydration I am experiencing.  Legs starting to cramp less so hopefully things are looking up.  I may eat some dry toast later.  LOL.  Sounds good, doesn't it?  LOL.

Makes me mad I feel bad because I have started going to Zumba classes and love it.  I will miss class today because I just have no energy.  I feel like a limp dish rag.  Just resting and drinking today and hoping to feel better tomorrow.

Thank you, my beautiful friend!  I am feeling some better.  I got enough Vitamin Water Zero in that my legs are feeling better.  Viruses do suck especially when you have altered insides.  I have found that since my gastric bypass I don't get viruses as often or as easy, but when I do, it is no fun at all.  They lasts longer for whatever reason.  Maybe it is because I really can't throw up like normal to get it on out of my body.

Good Morning!

Just waking and sipping on my coffee to get the day started. My biggest plan for the day was to get my hair cut/trimmed- My lady just called and is home with the flu :(.

Todays plan of action for food is:

B- Cottage cheese and pepperoni crisps.
L- green beans and turkey mixed
D- Chicken Divan

Snacks- raw veggies and ranch, nuts

Nothing to exciting. Would love to fit in a bunch of fluids around that, however liquids are not going down very smooth yet today (that is usually not a good sign)

Happy Friday everyone
