Stumbling Big Time, need major advice...
Kelly the frequency of your meals and snacks don't seem to off-kilter. The food choices is what you need to get a handle on. I know when I eat too many carbs I feel bloated is that what you are finding yourself eating (carbs)?
Start planning your snacks to be healthy and dense, protein always first. Beef jerkey is something that works well for me as it takes a while to chew and also I can grab a handful of sunflower seeds and move on.
How is your water intake? This is one area I continue to struggle with however when I find myself wanting to chew grabbing a glass of water or coffee will deter me from grabbing food.
Hang in there and know you CAN do this.

Hi Kelly - Just wanted to give you a vote of support! You can do this!!!! Hang in there!! I agree with Anne -you have to take the steps to correct yourself. You already know this.
I might suggest drinking more water. I am not a big fan of it myself but I do try and get at least 6 if not 8 glasses a day in. Try tea, or crystal light and have it with you at all times!!
Also, try and be more conscious of your chewing. Slow yourself down. Give your brain time to tell you that you are now full so no more food! This takes practice and determination, believe me!!
I did not mean to sound preachy by any means, just hope you will do your best and get yourself back on track.
There is also a group on OH -I beleive it is Back on Track Together -check it out. They are all very helpful, too. I wish you best of luck, and hang in there ok?
