iphone App for food intake and exercise?
When you click on the "add food" button, there will be a field where you can type in the food you've had. On the right side of that field is an icon that looks like a bar code. Touch it and it goes to what looks like the camera mode. Hold the item you want to scan so that the bar code shows up within the view and wait until it focuses, then snap the picture...or it may do that itself, can't recall. It will bring up everything that is on the nutrition label including the serving size. You can adjust the serving size as needed.
That's because it doesn't really look like a bar code.

A few apps that I use are:
MyFitnessPal - I think the most popular out of the bunch
Target Weight -I use it to track my weight and BMI, you can set a target date and goal if you like, you can make it password protected.
Calorie Counter - I really like this one, they list restaurants and there menus, popular brands, supermarket brands, a food diary, recipes, etc.
