I swore I read something recently about a free iphone app that logs your food and your fitness activities.  What is it called?

I think that was it.  When I had the RNY in 2002, I used to use fitday and loved it!

I use the mynetdiary app.  It allows me to track exercise, food and water intake as well as exercise and levels of sodium, protein, carbs and fat individually. There is a paid version but everything I listed is available in the free version.

This doesn't keep track of your food but it's one of my favorite apps now.  It's called Fooducate.  You scan the barcode of any food you like and it grades it A-F.  Then it will tell you why it gave it that grade.  Like if it has too much sugar or sodium...or some chemical or ingredient that is bad for you.  Then it will give you better food options if the food you scanned was a bad grade.  It is an awesome app.  I can't remember if I paid for it or not...but it's worth it if you do.

Lose it has a barcode scanner, so you don't spend 10 mins every meal searching for what you ate.

Myfitnesspal also has the bar code scanner. I think it's the most awesome thing ever! Lose it and myfitnesspal are very similar and I think either are a good choice.
