Hi, I'll be 3 years post Rny in June and for the past 2 weeks I've been pretty sick. I'm not pregnant and usually a stomach bug only lasts a few days so I'm wondering if I may have a stricture I think thats what its called. I'm unsure of the symptoms but these are mine. I'm very nauseaus, after about 3 bites of anything it feels like my throats closing up and my belly started cramping bad, more often then not I vomit right after. I've also been having very loose bowls sorry TMI. Should I be concerned if this doesn't sound like a stricture can someone tell me what stricture symptoms are?

A stricture is usually experienced as progressive difficulty with swallowing: first solid foods, then soft foods, finally liquids won't pass through.  Strictures can form years after surgery.  I'd call your surgeon if things don't get better.
