EEEW . She's obviously AWARE of the problem ... wonder if she realizes its high levels of built up toxins trying to come out ?
Yep , saunas and steam rooms are an amazing way to get rid of nasty smells when you sweat.. forever . Well at least for about six months .. then it helps to repeat to clean the pesticides and pollution out again .
It also makes your skin look a lot younger by the way !

here should be a rule against wearing perfume seriously at a gym I would have walked up to management and said something. Or if I was in a really wicked mode I would have taken my hand in front of my face and said whewwww! looking right at her and said what did you do take a bath in your perfume you stink! seriously I do stuff like that.
Michele just be polite and professional when you go to management and if they don't address it go over their head like if its a chain gyn like LA Fitness or Planet Fitness don't scream yell or hop up and down I am the kind of person who would say excuse me but your perfume is overpowering and some of us have allergies but say it politely and if you get a tude just distance yourself from the offending source I know we all want to just pull someone's hair out by their roots but hey we can dream right?
I would like to worry about money for a while, but from the other side. What the hell am I going to do with it all instead of where is it going to come from.
I'm tired of my Mother in Law being sick, she is a great woman and we all want her back home where she belongs.
I'm tired of going to school for a degree that never seems like it is getting any closer. They actually added a requirement this year. So instead of getting closer to completion, I'm barely holding ground.
I'm tired of being a whiney little B!t*h I wish I had a positive attitude, but I can't seem to fart rainbows. I guess I'll always be wired as a glass half full kind of guy.
I'm tired of feeling like I make no progress in the gym. I used to be very strong, sure some of it was me just throwing my weight around, but now I feel like a little kid when it comes to my strength and fitness.
I hate the fact that there is always a neighbors car parked in front of my house because there are 5000000000000 people living in that house and they don't have enough parking spaces so they occupy the whole damned street. If I have company coming over, I have to make sure I get my car out in the street while they are all at work so that my company can park in my driveway.
Once in a while no big deal, but they are parked there every freaking day.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!

This b*tch rant goes out to my co-worker who came in to work on Sunday and laughed when she left early saying, "darn stomach bug, I should've stayed home!" Yeah, you should have, and NOT come back the very next day! Tuesday at midnight I woke up and threw up out of both ends for hours on end. For someone who was just banded a mere six weeks ago, this was soooo incredibly painful. Then on top of it all, period had to go and start mid-day. REALLY?!
