A letter from OH and Awesome Gifts....
SO happy to hear yesterday was a nice day for you. You are a phenominal success and such a positive role model. I am so proud of you
PS I am so envious that you were of to Bikram! I have 4 weeks 1 day minimum until I can co anything but walk. He said up to 8 weeks grrr that would make me 6 weeks 1 day. I have been craving yoga soooo bad. I also wish you lived closer for when I can do it again bc I have nobody that will do a class with me, at least none that schedules work with mine. Jim would do it with me and has before, but my best days are Fri and Sunday and he works those days.

Thank you BEAUTIFUL!!! I am just as proud of you too.... Hey, take it easy and pamper yourself during this period of recovery following your abdominoplasty....once the six weeks are over you will enjoy the wonders of having your new flat tummy ... you will love it! I just love Bikram .. we have to get together one weekend up here I will bring you to the place where I go along with a few of my peers you will love it... the fist time I did it 4.5 years ago I swore I would never go back .. I thought the dry heat was going to sizzle my brains LOL but the second time around it was better and now I can't live without going at least 2-3 times a week ... it makes the body feel soooooooooo good I swear it irons out all the krinkles and wrinkles and stiffness as well as feeling all that sweat pour down the body it is soooooooooooo relaxing afterward..... I love both Bikram and regular yoga...
Thanks for the support and encouragement always...

Looking fwd to the end result, right now tummy is looking pretty flat. I notice a large decrease in swelling since Sunday. Activity wise, I will take it easy and listen to the Dr orders. As far as Yoga, I do Yoga at home, it is hard with my schedule to get to the Bikram classes, but I do try. Its one of my first things planned for when i get medical clearance. I feel like i'll benefit more if I can get a consistent pattern of classes going.
