check out www.jog.fm  if you are a runner, you can enter your time and it will recommend songs that are played at a tempo that is compatible with that pace.

Um....I'm old school. I don't own an IPod thingy and don't listen to music unless the gym is playing some AC/DC or heavy Metal on their stereo (Pretty common up in the weight room).  I'm too busy pumping iron, doing Donkey Lifts and other physical stuff and ear buds would just fall out.

Also, I just wanna get in the gym, do my power lifts, do my sets and not be fiddling with stuff. that being said, I am a music JUNKY and LIVE for music (except country)...I just listen to it at home while I'm writing or painting. ;)
