You really need to ask a medical person that is familiar with your chart and then also look on the internet to see what the limits are for that vitamin. You might be wasting it if you take too much as your body will void what is not used and at times it can be toxic if you get too much.

I could not get my level high enough even on 5000 mcg per day.
Now I do shots. Once a week. Shot - 1000mcg, - teoretically I should be fine for one month... but my body do not like storing B12.
