Reverting back to the beginning

Hi everyone.  I have this strange phenomenon happening in the last month or so.  I am 6 years out from surgery maintaing a 130 lb weight loss and weighing in at 104 lbs.  I have had some ups and downs in weight but nothing drastic, just 5 lb fluctuating here and there.  So, recently, I haven't been able to eat the portions I have become accustomed to over the years, which weren't big anyway, but they were generous enough.  I have been getting nauseous after eating the portions I was used to so I cut them down.  For instance, I had a Healthy Choice Chicken lunch meal and I could only take a few bites and I was full.  I was in shock.  My brain kicked in and gave me that signal.  I stopped eating it.  It felt like I had just ate a full meal.  Consequently, I have lost 7 lbs in the last few months or so.  I actually feel like I did in the first year postop and it feels like I'm getting the dumping syndrome.  I don't know what is supposed to happen at this time (6 yrs) out.  I trying to get as much protein in as possible.  So, if anyone has gone through this, let me know.  Thanks. Katstone

Can you follow up with your surgeon?

Thanks for being an inspiration with your hard work, by the way!
