What brings you JOY? Why do you HATE?
Joy is.... my little girls, my awesome husband, being able to actually move in this "new" body, having family and friends that love me - just as much as I love them....

Beth! Well said, my friend. Hula hooping brings me joy, always, every time. It is one of the most reliable things in my life, aside from hubby and furkids.
Heidi, I know what it's like to have your work conflict with your heart. I'm sorry for your pain. Those swans are gorgeous and I'm glad they brought you joy.
Wishing Everyone Happiness Tonight,
Jenni

Unexpected kindness, the little touches, always bring me joy and gratitude. My best friend when he sits next to me and starts giggling just for the hell of it. My *****y little cat when she jumps out at me and starts purring. A hug sent my way when I've got my shoulders tensed against the onslaughts that life can bring. A good book, a good poem, music. Being able to curl up last night in a tiny ball on 2 seats in the airplane (couldn't do that when I was fat!) and actually sleep. Going for a good run that clears the cobwebs from my brain- being able to run!
I would so much rather focus on what brings me joy and peace and healing than on the pain, though what is painful can sometimes be overwhelming. Life is so short.
