when to expext a bowel movement

We were told as long as something happens before day 7. If nothing happens by then, we were supposed to call the office. For me, everything went as planned. Not what I was used to but as one of the other posters said, you cleaned yourself out prior to surgery and haven't had much since so it might take another day or so.

 9 days for me, then the wet stuff started once I started adding in jello mixed with my unflavoured protein. Now it goes 3 - 4 times a day on creamed soups, and protein shakes. Fun times.

I had my surgery last Saturday and after the barium leak test, had loose bowels for two days.  I had nothing yesterday and today a little bit of loose again.   It's not a lot, so I'm not too worried.
