Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder

It was ok when it was the only one I had tried. Now that I've tried others and tried to go back to it I think it's gross.

well i don't like the hot choclate flavor , I use to eat light choclate ....

Quite honestly, BF is my last resort, when the $$ are low. The chocolate is way too chalky, but the vanilla is okay. I rarely just "drink" shakes-I mix the powder with coffee, put in SF pudding, etc, so cannot be an honest judge of the taste.

It's cheap enough for you to try it, though, even you hate it , and have to pass it on to someone else. Some peeps love it. We're all different

I personally like the BF Chocolate...that to me is the only flavor I like and will mix half water and half milk with it to make it a bit creamy.  For the price it is not bad to me...The Strawberry seems to be too sweet as I dump on it everytime...so I stay away from it.  If you are looking at price it is pretty good but if you can spend more money try Muscle Milk or Nectar.

 The vanilla is horrendous and so artificial that it tastes like coconut.

I like it.  I mix it with 5 ice cubes and  half a banana.  I hope that you find something that you like.
