Lol. Had that. It seemed to do okay but I have never had too much of it. I have only had the fresh stuff and pineapple juice so I don't know if the canned stuff might give me problems.

Thanks for the heads up though. I am going to try to avoid any triggers when I am at a place where I cannot address it. He He

I would recommend first a food diary, to help record what you've eaten along the lines of these random episodes. You hopefully will find a trend and see where the cause it and eliminate that cause.
