Hi everyone! I was just wondering what the best tasting protein powder is (with the most protein)? Oh, and where can I purchase it? Also, I’d love a list of your highest protein food.  Thanks everyone!!

Hi!
I have just recently discovered Quest Bars. They are low in sugars (about 2 grams) no sugar alcohols which I love. My favorite so far is Peanut Butter and Jelly. I started visiting a local nutrition store in m town and they ar super sweet people! Family owned. Yesterday I went in and they gave me a sample of a drink called Pro 5 by Nutex. Ive tried the Orange, and Bananna and so far these have been the best for me. I am 10 yrs post op.
Hope this helps!

My favorite protein powder is made my Dymatize...it is ISO 100 Gournet Vanilla.   It is a really great tasting protein powder that is not a super sweet tasting protein and it is wonderful mixed with water ( that is a plus...lots have to have milk to taste decent ).  It is 106 calories a scoop and 0's all the way down.   It has 25 grams of whey isolate protein.   You can add fruit, divinchi syrups  to it or extracts or whatever you like.   If I want chocolate I add dry cocoa powder ( add additional sweetner for choc ).   Really good protein.   Can be bought online but I buy it at a local healthfood store.

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

The best option is the one you're likely to TAKE.

Taste is very subjective.  Do you prefer chocolates, vanilla, fruit?

I have lots of the ones I've tried on my site.

I'm sorry, I guess I'm not using the right name for what I'm looking for.  I'm looking for a protein powder that I can sprinkle on food to boost the protein content.  Like something to put into yogurt, pudding or even onto chicken breast.  Maybe I'm not using the right name of what it is.  So sorry.

I tried several types with all kinds of recipes to disguise the flavor.  I finally found one that I could tolerate and not have to gag down by the end of the bottle.  Whey Isolate 28 Cookie and Cream.  130 cals 28g of whey isolate protein.  I have been using it daily for more than a year.  I look at it as a daily dose of medicine that I have to have for my health.  It is mixed with cold water and I just drink it and forget it.  I don't try to make shakes or smoothies out of it; to me it's just a supplement and I just get it done...

Hello 4catz!  So, do you put this powder onto your food?  You said you don't make it as a shake.  I'm so sorry to ask so many questions.  :O)

Beware those who try to sell you something that tastes WONDERFUL.

Let's pull the blinders off, they taste awful.

I tried a lot of them and came away from it using the natural method, in your food.
