Fingers/Hands cold? causes ? weight loss or thyroid problems
I remember reading many posts that people P.O. were complaining their fingers were cold after weight loss..I had started developing cold fingers and hands all the time also...I have been recently diagnosed as having a nodule in my thyroid, looking up "Nodule in Thyroid" in google one of the symptoms is cold fingers and hands.. I use to think my hands were cold from weight loss. One other symptom of a Nodule in Thyroid is trouble swallowing. I also have a hard time when coughing. check your thyroid if your fingers/hands are cold after weight loss..

Have they checked your thyroid hormone levels? If the nodule is causing you to be hypothyroid, that is what's making you cold not the nodule per se. Hypothyroidism is best diagnosed with full panels that include measurements of both T4 and T3. T3 is the active hormone that affects your metabolism.
