It was freaking fantastic!  Down -38 lbs since November 9th and I feel fabulous!  My posts are mostly geared towards longer-term post-ops who are struggling with weight regain.  I too have had this issue but I took back control on November 9th and I am see great results.

I don't promote any specific diet or method what I recommend is find the method that works for you.  But, here is what I am doing:

50% of my calories are consumed before 10am.
30% of my calories are consumed before 3pm.
20% of my calories are consumed before 7pm.

I am on a 1500 - 2000 calorie per day diet.  I mainly stay with Chicken, fish, turkey.  Lots of turkey these days!

*No matter what you do take your vitamins, drink fluids (water) and always consult a physician if you dieting for more than a few weeks.

I feel good about my plan and I invite anyone to tell me your plan too.  Always nice to share ideas!

I think you mean 50% by 10am, 80% by 3pm and 100% by 7pm. Unless you are suggesting that you are vomitting throughout the day and thus reducing the number of calories you've consumed as the day goes on?

I'm not a long-termer but thought I'd jump in to say it's definately different strokes for different folks!

I'm more of a 20%, 30%, 50% kind of gal.  I have little appetite in the am but have to really watch myself at night.

Glad what you are doing is working for you though.
