I've been following the F Factor lifestyle plan for over 2 years now. works great for me.
My heart starts pounding hard with everything i eat , not just carbs, so i have to stay on Lisinopril for the rest of my life. not sure if i finished answering your question, i won't go vegan. I feel we need meat , espically GB people, we need to get as much protein as we can.i don't think veg's will give as much as we need.
