Hello Good Morning All... Well today is day 8 of my Liquids and so far I am down 13lbs... I feel wonderful.. I have 6 days til my new Journey with my new tool is here!!!! I will keep everyone posted..
Good Luck Stephanie! I recall the agony just hearing you talk about it. Be prepared for some added pressure the last few days. For me, the liquid diet was a piece of cake until about 3-4 days before the surgery. I wish you all the best!
