7 yrs post op and 7 pounds lost in one week

Which direction did your appetite curve in?  I am sure mine would curve toward the chocolate dipped strawberries if left to its own devices.  lol lol  Okay sorry I know you meant curb, I just found it funny and could see where my appetite would go if it had free will.  

Congrats on losing 7lbs so quick, thats great although drinking shakes is something I cannot do, they are just too gross for me.  I could live on protien bars, they seem to help me the most, I will stick with them.
