UPS dropped off my DaVinci Gourmet sf syrup off this AM. I got eggnog, cookie dough, watermelon, and Kahlua. I have only tried the eggnog so far since I didn't get to have it over the holidays and I missed it. =] The Kahlua is more for a joke to my friend who said we wouldn't be able to have our lady's night anymore. (****tails and movies) So will she enjoys a ****tail, I can have a Kahlua flavored protein shake! lol

I usually use torani but they couldn't offer me a free shipping code and DG did. Also they had more flavors. So glad I found them.

Today I am one week post op. Down to 193 from 221 start weight. Having a hard time looking in the mirror. It's such a big change for me.

Anyways. Happy Friday!

(PS If this sounded like a bunch of rambling, sorry, I was posting about the syrup for people who are bored with chicken broth like me and still have two weeks to go! lol)

I have tried both DaVinci and Torani but I think they are disgusting.. Maybe I just have no idea how to use them.. (Which is most likely the case).

Doulble check and make sure you ordered/or then sent the sugar free.  You can mix them in Greek yogurt I also would mix sugar free pudding mix in greek yogurt.

I love the syrups. I am having the Hazelnut in my chocolate protein shake right now. I have about 6 different ones but am ordering more.

I have about 20 bottles of the Sf syrup.  I get most of my ideas from theworldaccordingto eggface.com.  I have tried to use them on my own but some have come out less than desirable.  My favorite (breakfast everyother day) is SF coconut, pineapple, and a berry flavor mixed in with cottage cheese.
If you order from http://www.netrition.com/ they have Torani and DaVinci syrups.  No matter how much you order the shipping is $4.95.  I am unable to find it cheaper.  They also have peanut flour, protein bread, and lots of other goodies.  Protein too.
I added the eggnog flavor to almond milk and it tasted pretty good.  Not as good as the real thing but close enough.
Good luck with your experimenting.

I love DaVinci! I have about 10 of them. The newest one I tried was the Cookie Dough SF.

Like Chilipepper I use it in Greek yogurt and sf pudding, but seperately. I also use in oatmeal.

Oh it's awesome. I actually found out about DaVinci on OH right before I had my surgery 2 yrs. ago and have been using it ever since. The almond is my favorite one. German chocolate cake flavor is awesome as well.

I posted this on another thread, but besides ordering online, you  an check to see if your city has a URM or a cash n carry... this is where coffee houses get their syrups, they carry a few brands, and all are under $5 a bottle.
