 Hi Laurie,

I have both of them and the Ninja is by far the better of the two.    The Ninja makes ice as fine as a snow cone machine.    With my Magic Bullet there is ALWAYS chunks of ice.    I love the Ninja so I opt for the Ninja over the bullet.     Good luck.

Dang...gonna have to bite the bullete (that I have) and get a Ninja!

My bullet has served me well but always looking for something better.  Is the Ninja as easily cleaned as the Bullet?

Yes, I would like to know this to. It raves on tv about being dishwasher save, but the only dishwasher I have is my hands.

KINDA Dishwasher safe...

The seal between the blade unit and the container is done with a rubber like O ring.  That O ring normally stays with the blade unit  but it will come out of the groove in the dish washer.  If your dish washer has hot elements or grinds things up...bye bye O ring.

I use the MB & have for 8 years.

I like the mugs and the travel lids.

The only negative is occasionally the mugs chip off and won't activate the machine.
