Cannoli sadness.

They are at every family event I have ever been to lol. I know! So good. lol.

Lucky for me, good cannoli are hard to find in Tennessee!

I  may have to google some recipies, though.  Slobber, drool.  

I promise you darling, when we get together next time, I will fix you and the Rat a fabulous meal, the dogs will love me too.

My dogs are very good judges of character, so I have no worries they won't love you as much as I do!  

I'll swing by, grab the Rat and head your way STAT!  The head on a stick version of you doesn't cook nearly as well as the actual version of you!!!!  I mean, she knows how to live it up, but tends to get a smidge scorched when working with heat.

Go figure.  

lol. I know I have garlic running through my vains. Fat will matter to me after the 30th so I don't dump, but I guess it won't be so bad. Merry Christmas.

In 5 yrs you will look back and say ....  Wow  that WLS  WORKS!  I stand amazed at almost 5 years out ...  and still say WOW ... it worked!   No Kidding!  yep .
 
You will have better health!  Will  have worked on many things in life , Seen plenty of  change  , stay positive !  HANG on  , it's a Journey!  :)  

This Place has been a gift for many of us .  It's a little crazy right now .....

If you aren't already, you should check out Eggface's blog.  While Shelley lives in Temecula, CA, she's originally from Long Island,  NY (I don't know if it's Queens, Kings, Nassau or Suffolk, though) and she's Italian (on her father's side).  She has great recipes, including strawberry cannoli, which use strawberries instead of the pastry shells.  She also had many other great recipes, including protein shakes.  She is a true inspiration!
