and thanks all for the compliments. I love seeing all your hobbies.. MM..I love your photos...the 2nd one especially because of the way the sun rays are captured.
@Reining Chick:.That's a cool hobby....I've never heard of Halter horses.
@ Hi Cathy...I've been in the FAA for 26 years...19 of those years I was one of those
on the other end of 1-800-wx-brief. I miss flight service but don't mind my present job
assisting the radar controllers. Its a paycheck!
Good luck on your doctorate, Libby. I also love to read but haven't been able to do much of that lately.
KooL KathKEb :D...I can crochet better than I can knit but that's not saying much. You would recommend I stick to drawing if you saw what i knitted last year.
Again, I LOVE seeing all of your hobbies! Thanks so much for sharing.

Just checked... it's still there.
Food for thought, per chance, if anyone wanted to start up activity in any of those.

because we've been handed our lives and dreams back but gosh ... how bitter if they STILL remain only dreams . Imagine if fat wasn't the ONLY issue holding us back ...
I have started in the last year to dabble in beaded jewelry. I started with crocheting jewelry which has been well received but I love the colors and creativity of buying "jewels" to make necklaces, bracelets and earrings. Okay, so I have made more necklaces than anything else but at least I am expanding my horizons. Now if I can figure out how to sell them without it becoming a 2nd full time job to make and sell them!
