I swear, it's like a neverending cycle... someone comes on the forum, "Hey, stop it, you guys! Don't talk this way, don't say that, yada yada etc."   Believe me, on a site of this size, you're NOT going to like everyone... you're NOT going to agree with everyone and you're NOT ever in a million trillion years going to CHANGE how people post.   The best way to alienate and irritate the masses is to try to get everyone to conform to one person's idea of "what should be."

Thank you for your post, but again, I wi**** didn't come down to feeling like anyone had to be blocked. I don't mind other people having different opinions than me, but I deserve to be spoken to like an adult with respect, as I try my best to do with everyone else.

You probably shouldn't have titled your thread, "Grow up."  It sounds very condescending and disrespectful. It doesn't sound like a mediation effort at all, honestly. It sounds like a judgment... and it's been done before.

I liken it to standing in the middle of Grand Central Station and screaming for everyone to straighten up and do things one way. It's just not going to happen. Ever.

I agree, I could have titled it something different. I was just annoyed and tired at the time. Although I don't think changing the titled would have changed the comments. I guess people just wanted to turn it into an argument.
