What happened to DianaCox?
Diana Cox is not someone I would gravitate towards at a party. I too don't like the
way she intentionally belittles people BUT just because that's the way I
feel does not mean she can't be at the same party. This whole action by OH
is WRONG on so many levels.
5.0 cc in a 10cc lapband (four fills) 1 unfill of .5cc on 5/24/2011.
.5 fill March 2012. unfill of .25cc May 2012. Unfill of .5cc June 2014.
Still with my lapband with no plans for revision. Band working well since
last small unfill.

I've met Diana. Diana is a friend of mine. And OH will not be the same without her.
What's more, Diana will be the same without OH. I have no doubt she will continue to provide guidance to those who need it and her compassion will still lead her to stand in the gap for folks with insurance issues. A giver always finds a way to give. This site will no longer benefit from that.
There is a saying "Better the devil ye ken, then the devil ye dinna ken" (better the devil you know than the one you don't) OH, you might want to consider that at least Diana was known quantity. The riled masses responding to her banning are an unknown--and therefore unpredictable.

What a crock of **** if OH banned Diana. She's done so much to help so many people-you'll never get better scientific data, legal help with insurance, and her paying the DS forward is what informed me about the DS, when the medical community wouldn't. You can ***** all you want to about the messenger....but her message is dead on balls.
Well, we know for sure this place isn't a democracy. I seriously vote that Diane be reinstated. Her benefit to the forum is immeasurable and heavy handed moderation may get you more advertising but it will also signal and early demise to your traffic stats.
