 She did provide good information occasionally, but I had been the victim of some verbal abuse by her several times.  I finally blocked her so I didn't have to put up with it.  Sorry for those of you who will miss her.

And that's exactly what you should do when a particular poster annoys you, instead of running to the mods and crying "Mommy, she's looking at me again!"

I'll still be in touch with Diana. The people I'm sorry for are those newbies who could really benefit from her information posts, and her advice and help with insurance matters. Diana's helped a LOT of people fight their insurance company and win, not just to get a DS, but for other forms of WLS and plastics.

While it is unfortunate that OH would ban someone who has obviously been here a long time and really tries hard to contribute... I also had her blocked... because she can be verbally abusive... I mean some of these threads break down into name calling and cussing each other out... It's insane...

and I do think she (and some others) drvie people away.... and that is unfortunate too.

While I do believe she is very passionate about what she believes and is trying to convince people of her perspective, because she genuinely with her whole heart believes its the right thing, her delivery leaves a LOT to be desired.....

But again, as previously mentioned.. that is what block is for...
