Beyond Post Gastric
I just read your other post and sorry you are having such difficulties.
When were your last labs and what did they draw? Do you have copies of the labs? What supplementation are you doing?
Reading your problems it is screaming vitamin deficiencies.

Wow. I have never heard of such completely unacceptable behavior from a surgeon's office. If you talk someone into it, have them call the office, say that they're calling from your attorney's office (just make up a fake name) and that he/she is calling to inform them that if you do not speak to the doctor ASA-friggin'-P, you will be filing a complaint with the state medical board.
It's all BS, of course, but as soon as someone mentions either "attorney" or "lawsuit", people usually pull their heads out of their asses and pay attention.

Wow. Such blatantly inappropriate conduct from a surgical practise is something I have never heard of. If you can convince someone, get them to contact the office and claim they are calling from your lawyer's office (just make up a phoney name) and that they are calling to let them know that if they don't speak to the doctor ASA-friggin'-P, they will be filing a complaint with the state medical board.
No offense, but aside from a staff that was not very friendly, it sounds like you may be trying to place blame on others.... 5 years post-op, what sounds like vitamin deficiency, regain, sounds a lot like not sticking to the plan. Now, I don't know the full story and I am sorry to hear you are struggling, but there are tons of resources to draw upon here, online, and other places to help get back on track. It's unfortunate you regret your surgery, for me, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. Utilize your resources and focus on trying NOT to be a victim and have an outlook of positivity and accountability. Best of luck in your journey...

I don't understand why you haven't done one or more of the following (or perhaps you have?):
1) File a complaint with the FL Medical Board http://www.doh.state.fl.us/mqa/enforcement/enforce_howto.htm
2) Try to contact him directly - I found this on his license information: [email protected]
3) Find another surgeon, bariatric doctor, nutritionist, neurologist, etc., to try to get your nutritional issues under control.
Here is one thing I found on his record:

WIthout passing judgment on you, I want you to think about something - because I have seen this before. Sometimes, when a doctor has a "problem patient" - one *****fuses to take responsibility for their problems, or is drug-seeking, or is non-compliant, or is a chronic complainer - he may have his office staff run interference, and not reply - although I would hope he would be monitoring the communications for emergency situations. He may have, in fact, fired you as a patient - doctors are allowed to do that, although they may have a responsibility to guide you to treatment with another doctor - a psychiatrist, for example.
In any case, it is time you stop complaining about your surgeon and your surgery and your problems and that you DO something about the situation. Get yourself healthy enough to have a revision to another surgery, or get a reversal to put you back the way you were, as much as possible. I have no idea what surgery you had - "the traditional surgery" is meaningless when there are 4 main kinds of accepted surgeries and about 15 standard variations on them. That alone concerns me that you don't know what surgery you had, how you were supposed to behave after surgery, or that you bear a huge responsibility for how taking an assertive role in your self-care.
But I want to tell you, a staff that is hostile and uncaring, with a surgeon that has no complaints filed in years, tells me that you might be (I'm not saying you ARE) the problem. Please give some consideration to this. As I said, I've seen this before. Be honest with yourself, if not with us.
