Use all your want---it has zero calories, if you're using the powdered kind. The kind with maltodextrin added to make it grandulated has 96 calories per CUP.

I am new so cannot attest to what is "best" as to weight loss. All I can share is that I suffer from arthritis and my rheumatologist concurred with my switch to Stevia (I think Truvia is the same). Also, NO DIET DRINKS (or any other carbonated beverages) was the recommendation for my arthritis, and that is also true for wls.

I use Splenda for baking and in coffee.  I use Sweet n Low in Ice Tea.

I've read that truvia and stevia are supposed to be the healthiest for you since there is no aspartame in them (like there is in sweet n low and equal)....which could lead to other health issues but I prefer sweet n low...my fiance prefers stevia or truvia....my mom prefers splenda...so I think you'll just have to try them and see what you like best.

SWITCHED to agave and stop passing gas, its very low glyceamic value makes a near low calorie sweetener and my a1c is down to 4.25 so it OK for me.
