I am in the same position as you. I'm a little over 3 yrs out and in the past year gained about 20-25 lbs back. I think it is due to my lack of activity and being relaxed on what I'm eating. During the past year I've switched jobs from a very active retail job to working the desk in a therapy office. The office gets pasteries every day for snacks :( Carbs have always been my problem. I've tried the pouch test and it works quite well. However I found that I have to do it every 6 months or so in order to keep my cravings down. Good luck with your pouch test.
that probably is a good idea to keep kick starting especially when i hit a plateau. i'm off tonight to our local Y for a swim in the new theraputic pool. i exercise often but not often enough and i've slipped back into old habits. i can't wait for monday to start up again. i find it's easier to eat on track when i'm at work. i need to document when i'm at home to find out why i'm picking there and not at work. i'm guessing boredom.
thanks for the advice and i'll keep you posted.
