Mine looked yours before surgery and now 19 month post-op.  I went from a 44DDD to a 36 D/DD.  I have extra skin, but still decent volume too.  I am looking forward to getting a reduction and lift within the next year or so, fingers crossed. 

I think body shape helps to get a better idea of wear the weight will come off.  I'm apple shaped, so I lost most from legs, hip, butt, and arms.  Still working to lose in torso.

Yes, I would guess they will look like tube socks after losing 90 more pounds. But a good bra and/or plastic surgery will take care of that. I went from a 50DDD to a 34 C and have since had a lift. I'm trying to decide if I want implants, but still a good dilemma to have.

Mine looked like a couple tennis balls in a sock for a couple years post op but the weight shifts. I hated mine for a bit as they looked aweful cause I also have a very high bust shelf. Like I have to shorten straps from the "shortest" position on every bra I buy high shelf. I was 52DDD pre-op, down to 40D post-op, then when things shifted and settled I am a solid 40DD. (I have a huge rib cage thus the 40, seriously no digging needed to find ribs) I've lost about 180-185 lbs. And am 6+ years post-op.

So it really is a YMMV. I like my bust as I dont have much of an ass(even fat I didnt). So if they had not settled like they did I would have had PS for lift and implants.
